My name is Howard Heath Sr. my age is 71 years old. I've lived in Seadrift come July 6 years. I've been coming down here for a long time before that to visit my family my son who lived here. I have chosen to run believing I have a lot to offer to help the city grow. My main goal to accomplish is a better Seadrift. In order to improve Seadrift, we need to have more Revenue, in order to get more Revenue, we need to entice more people to come visit Seadrift and more business to open up here. We cannot always depend on just grant funding. The biggest problems are streets, drains and the water supply and without the funding to improve them and bring them up to date it's going to take longer and put the city further behind, that's why we need more Revenue. City's best asset is that it's a small community people still know each other, we have our own law enforcement, which I back and if we can get everybody to work together we can improve it. Growth is inevitable whether we like it or not people are going to move here, buy property in and around Seadrift we need them to spend their money here, not other places. I hope people will vote for me because I can dedicate my full, undivided attention to being a council member, being retired. I have a background in Construction, transportation, law enforcement and security which I think will be an asset to the community. With this in mind I hope you will vote for me in the upcoming City Council election. Thank You
